Acre Mortgage & Financial is now hiring Outside Loan Officers in the Philadelphia/ Tri State area. This position requires Loan Officers to be able to work form home. Reliable computer and high speed internet connection are mandatory. The ideal candidate for this position will posses superior organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, excellent networking skills, and basic computer skills. Past mortgage experience is highly preferred.

Acre Mortgage is a Full Eagle FHA direct lender with competitive rates. Acre is licensed in 14 states and able to broker loans to over 20 wholesale lenders. Corporate headquarters Marlton, NJ. Acre Mortgage provides full support for loan officers to close loans on a full or part time basis. Branch support includes running of DU/PL for loan approval, mailing of disclosure packages, file processing, and ordering of all 3rd party services.

This is a commission based position. Commission is based on experience and part time or full time status.
