*******UPDATE*******UPDATE*******UPDATE******* I just wanted to update you on Princess. She is now a playful, social young lady. She will initiate human and animal contact. She loves playing with the other dogs and is fascinated by children, although she is not sure what to do with them. She follows them and watches over them intently and wants them to run with and chase her. I don't believe that she is as old as originally thought. He teeth are too sharp and her baby "fuzz" is still coming out. (Anyone need a sweater?) She does not mind being left alone for a while and is not destructive. She no longer needs the crate, but doesn't seem to mind it. She will lounge under the tree on a tie out and roll in the grass and stretch, but runs right into the house when released. She has mastered steps which was one of her original fears. She bounds up and down at will now. She has no bad habits such as chewing, getting into things, or forgetting to go potty outside. She is not a barker and does not whine. She does like bones, rawhides, ropes, treats, and fresh string beans! Actually, she will eat almost anything. She is not interested in playing ball, but may eventually learn to like it.
