This cat is currently at the Animal Care and Control Team (ACCT) shelter and is available for adoption by appointment only. Adoption appointments are available 7 days a week between 9am and 6pm and after hours in special cases. Adoption fee for adult cats is $50 and includes spay/neuter, vaccines, flea treatment and microchip. The PSPCA ACCT shelter is located at: 111 W. Hunting Park Ave, Phila., PA 19140 Beautiful Sarah is a distinguished longhaired tortoiseshell lady, who came to us from her owners who were allergic to her. Sarah is a beautiful, soft, and delicate older lady-cat, who loves attention and affection, but also wouldnt mind just curling up by a sunny window and napping. Sarah is every bit the southern belle, sweet and sassy, and full of charm!
