A large company in Cherry Hill, NJ is searching for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Collections Manager.

Areas of focus include:
* Execution of the strategic plan for the Collection Department
* Providing direction and support to the collection and workout managers.
* Creating departmental initiatives in concert with corporate goals.
* Providing consistent feedback to the organization regarding the causes of charge off and delinquency
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all associates are provided timely, candid and constructive performance feedback
· Developing associates to their fullest potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance the associates career growth
* Developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning;
* Recognizing and rewarding associates for accomplishments and lead associate engagement strategies.
* Provides documented feedback to the Risk group regarding causes for delinquency and charge off
* Coordinates Outsourcing programs holding agencies accountable for the desired results.
